    JBM is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join its executive leadership team and help shape the future of the organization’s people strategy.

    This is not a maintenance role — it’s an opportunity to build, influence, and elevate.     What You’ll Do

    • Lead succession planning and workforce strategy to support long-term business growth
    • Drive employee engagement and alignment with company purpose, vision, and values
    • Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into people-focused initiatives
    • Build and lead a high-performing HR team
    • Oversee and elevate JBM’s Fair Chance Program and related community partnerships
    • Implement and improve performance management, training, and career development programs
    • Establish and track HR metrics and organizational KPIs
    • Act as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and risk management
    • Serve as a strategic advisor with the confidence to challenge and influence leadership


    What You’ll Bring

    • 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
    • Strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning
    • Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly preferred
    • Ability to operate as a “player-coach” — strategic but hands-on
    • Confidence to contribute at the executive level with a strong point of view
