We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support a fast-paced, multi-unit, multi-state organization. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and supporting leaders to enhance performance and engagement. This role involves serving as a strategic partner in workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and ensuring compliance.
Compensation includes a base salary of $100k-$125k, bonus, and benefits.
Responsibilities include Regional Partnership, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development, Learning & Development, and HR Compliance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5-7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or fitness, strong knowledge of employment laws, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel regionally.
