A rapidly growing, multi-location organization is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will act as a key advisor to leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior and field leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching
Support workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and onboarding across multiple locations
Guide leaders through performance improvement, feedback, and development conversations
Drive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and culture
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvements across HR operations
Support organizational changes, growth initiatives, and leadership development efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leadership teams
Experience in multi-site or multi-state environments (e.g., retail, hospitality, service-based industries)
Strong employee relations and coaching background
Familiarity with HRIS systems
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $115,000
Bonus: 15% target
