Director of Benefits
Pride Health is seeking a Director of Benefits for one of its clients in Texas.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension with competitive pay and benefits.
This is a Hybrid role. Exact cadence will be determined by leadership needs and project demands.
Location - Houston, TX - 77024
Pay range - $67 to $72 per Hour on a W2.
Length of assignment - 3 Months of Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift / Schedule - MON - FRI 8:00 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary
This engagement is intended to provide senior-level benefits leadership coverage with expertise spanning the full spectrum of benefits administration. The individual must be capable of operating at a director-level strategic capacity, engaging directly with executive leadership while also managing operational elements of the benefits portfolio.
The expectation is that the contractor can step in quickly, assess the current benefits landscape, and support ongoing initiatives and vendor relationships without significant ramp-up time.
Requirements
• Education:
oBachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related discipline required.
oMaster's degree preferred
• Licenses/Certifications:
oCertification in HR-related area preferred, e.g., Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
• 10 years of experience managing benefits operations encompassing the implementation of benefit programs, administration, and compliance of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and wellness initiatives in a complex integrated healthcare system or multi-divisional company.
• Senior-level Benefits leadership experience
• Healthcare system experience (required)
• End-to-end ownership of benefits strategy and operations (design through execution, including open enrollment)
• Experience operating in large, complex environments.
