Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide critical support to the HR department, handling a variety of administrative tasks while assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes. This position requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient department operations.
Schedule meetings, oversee promotion processes, collect documentation, and send communications.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
Draft meeting agendas and record meeting minutes for HR-related meetings.
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR administrative support experience
Consulting firm experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS (Workday) preferred.
Highly polished, organized, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
