    Title: HRIS Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
    Location: Dallas, TX | On-site 4 Days a week

    Position Overview
    Élan Partners is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with our client in Dallas. This role will serve as a key partner between HR, Technology, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure the organization's HR systems effectively support business needs and long-term growth. The HRIS Manager will have primary responsibility for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including vendor management and prioritization, troubleshooting and testing, system enhancements, and identifying technology solutions for evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and understand how HR processes translate into system requirements and solutions. This person does not need to be an Oracle developer or perform hands-on system configuration but should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements and implementations, testing solutions, and overseeing external vendors responsible for configuration. Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is a plus.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including experience supporting and managing HR systems and initiatives.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is required.
    • Experience troubleshooting Oracle HCM issues, testing system functionality, and managing enhancements and implementations.
    • Experience translating business needs into functional and system requirements.
    • Experience managing HRIS projects through requirements, testing, implementation, and deployment.
    • Strong vendor-management skills, including experience overseeing external technology or implementation partners.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to identify technology solutions that improve business processes.
    • Experience with system integrations, reporting, data management, and HR technology workflows.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively navigate ambiguity.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
    • Oracle HCM certification.
    • Experience supporting large-scale HR technology implementations, enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives.
    • Experience working across HR, Technology, Finance, Operations, and external vendor teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a primary HRIS resource for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, partnering with HR, Technology, business teams, and external vendors.
    • Manage and prioritize HRIS initiatives, enhancements, system issues, and business requests.
    • Translate business and HR needs into system requirements and identify appropriate technology solutions.
    • Lead HRIS projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
    • Troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues and coordinate resolution with internal Technology teams and external Oracle vendors.
    • Manage external vendors performing Oracle configuration, development, integrations, and other system work.
    • Develop and execute testing strategies for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality.
    • Evaluate proposed system changes, identify downstream impacts, and recommend solutions before changes are moved into production.
    • Oversee the ongoing operation, maintenance, performance, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
    • Partner with HR leadership to ensure HR technology supports workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, retention, and broader organizational objectives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology.
    • Define requirements for system integrations, Oracle enhancements, and custom technology solutions in partnership with Technology teams.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data and support HRIS reporting and dashboards.
    • Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to ensure effective integrations and consistent processes across systems.
    • Lead change-management and user-adoption efforts related to new HR technology and processes.
    • Develop documentation, procedures, and training to support HR teams and end users.
    • Provide regular project, system, and initiative updates to leadership.
