Description

Job Summary:
  • Maintain, support, and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro.
  • Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data.
  • Support HR operations, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the main contact for HRIS users by providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 1 3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workforce Management, or similar).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Technical knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM).
  • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues and escalate as needed.
  • Manage historical edits in WFM.
  • Monitor internal Payroll email inbox and triage HRIS-related issues with the Payroll team.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams with data processing, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Provide support for core HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and payroll integration.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.
  • Manage HRIS security roles and permissions to ensure proper access controls.
  • Train and guide end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HRIS usage.
  • Participate in HR technology projects, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance.
