Our client, a reputable healthcare institution dedicated to providing specialized pediatric care and increasing its internal HR technological capabilities, is hiring an HRIS Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled HRIS professional to lead the administration, optimization, and support of the organization's Human Resources Information System, primarily focusing on ADP Workforce Now. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in building out and maintaining the HRIS infrastructure, ensuring seamless HR operations in a complex healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and related modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time & Attendance, and Performance Management.
- Audit, configure, and maintain system setup, security profiles, user access levels, workflows, and business process rules.
- Continuously analyze and improve system workflows to support operational efficiency for clinical and nonclinical staff.
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy in employee demographics, licensure, certifications, and payroll records.
- Support compliance audits by extracting and validating HR data to meet regulatory requirements such as Joint Commission and Department of Health standards.
- Design, develop, and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics using ADP reporting tools, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Python, and R.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and department managers.
- Offer tier 2 support for system users, develop SOPs, and conduct training sessions.
- Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to ensure technology alignment and system support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated HRIS administration experience with proven hands-on expertise in ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced proficiency in ADP WFN reporting modules and system configuration.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, vLookUps, XLookups), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and R.
- Preferred experience in pediatric or healthcare environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills driven by data.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in information systems, data analytics, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting, with flexibility based on organizational needs.
