We’re looking for an HR Systems & Operations Analyst to help support and modernize the Human Resources function across our hospital, physician practices, and ambulatory surgery centers. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR operations professional who enjoys working with data, systems, process improvement, and technology.
In This Role
In this full-time role, you’ll serve as a key Human Resources systems and operations resource, supporting employee lifecycle administration, HR technology platforms, reporting and analytics, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
You’ll play an important role in helping the HR team improve operational efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support strategic initiatives. This position will also have the opportunity to contribute to upcoming HR technology modernization efforts, including future HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS), and benefits administration implementations.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and systems.
What You’ll Do
HR Operations & Employee Data Management
Support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
Support onboarding processes across hospital, clinic, and ambulatory surgery center locations
Conduct audits and data validation activities to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
Respond to workforce reporting requests and HR data inquiries
HR Systems Administration
Support the day-to-day administration of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, benefits administration, onboarding, and document management systems
Perform system maintenance, user support, data imports, and large-scale employee data updates
Assist with system configuration changes, workflow enhancements, testing, and access administration
Partner with Information Technology, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support system improvements
Maintain process documentation and system procedures
Reporting & Analytics
Generate workforce reports, compliance reporting, employee rosters, and operational analytics
Prepare and analyze workforce data related to staffing, recruitment, turnover, and employee activity
Create dashboards, charts, and presentation materials for HR leadership and organizational stakeholders
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionality to manage and analyze workforce data
Process Improvement & HR Technology Modernization
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline manual processes
Support HR systems optimization, upgrades, and implementation initiatives
Participate in testing, workflow redesign, change management, and process standardization efforts
Help drive operational excellence through technology and process improvements

Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related HR systems support role
Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration and HR operational processes
Experience working with HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits administration, or related systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting functions, and large dataset management
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Experience supporting HR technology implementations, system conversions, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
Experience with workforce reporting, dashboards, and data visualization
Experience managing bulk data uploads, imports, and system maintenance activities
Healthcare, hospital, or multi-site organizational experience
Experience supporting process improvement, workflow redesign, or operational modernization initiatives
