This position will also have the opportunity to contribute to upcoming HR technology modernization efforts, including future HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS), and benefits administration implementations.

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and systems.

What You’ll Do

HR Operations & Employee Data Management

  • Support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems

  • Conduct audits and data validation activities to ensure compliance and operational accuracy

  • Respond to workforce reporting requests and HR data inquiries

HR Systems Administration

  • Support the day-to-day administration of HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, benefits administration, onboarding, and document management systems

  • Perform system maintenance, user support, data imports, and large-scale employee data updates

  • Assist with system configuration changes, workflow enhancements, testing, and access administration

  • Partner with Information Technology, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support system improvements

  • Maintain process documentation and system procedures

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate workforce reports, compliance reporting, employee rosters, and operational analytics

  • Prepare and analyze workforce data related to staffing, recruitment, turnover, and employee activity

  • Create dashboards, charts, and presentation materials for HR leadership and organizational stakeholders

  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionality to manage and analyze workforce data

Process Improvement & HR Technology Modernization

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline manual processes

  • Support HR systems optimization, upgrades, and implementation initiatives

  • Participate in testing, workflow redesign, change management, and process standardization efforts

  • Help drive operational excellence through technology and process improvements

What You Bring

You may be a strong fit for this role if you enjoy working with systems, data, and process improvement while supporting a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who can balance technical expertise with strong customer service and operational support skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a related HR systems support role

  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration and HR operational processes

  • Experience working with HR technology platforms, including HRIS, ATS, payroll, benefits administration, or related systems

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting functions, and large dataset management
