    Are you a dynamic HR professional passionate about making a difference? We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist to be a key player in our team managing HR operations, driving talent initiatives, and helping create a positive, inclusive workplace where employees thrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

    · Administer benefits, leave management (FMLA), and workers’ compensation

    · Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action

    · Utilize HRIS and ATS systems (Paycor) for HR processes and workforce data

    · Support training, development, succession planning, and organizational initiatives

    · Collaborate with leadership to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture

    · Adapt to changing priorities and lead HR projects as needed

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or 3 years experience in related field

    · Proven HR experience, preferably in a staffing agency or professional environment

    · Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

    · Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and OSHA regulations

    · Proficiency with an HRIS or ATS application

    · Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

    · Ability to handle confidential information professionally and thrive in a dynamic environment
