We are currently partnering with a client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a broad range of human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Partner with leadership on performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or locations
