We are currently partnering with a client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting a broad range of human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Partner with leadership on performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and attention to detail
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Experience supporting multiple departments or locations
