COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Rate: $80.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT

Lead skills-based job architecture initiatives that support enterprise HR transformation and strategic workforce objectives. Drive the development of scalable relationships between jobs, skills, and career frameworks through data analysis, skills taxonomy mapping, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure accurate, consistent deliverables that support talent management, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the skills workstream for a Career Architecture initiative, executing project objectives, deliverables, and implementation activities.

• Analyze large HR datasets, including job families, job profiles, levels, titles, and skills, to identify inconsistencies and improve job architecture alignment.

• Apply skills-to-job mapping methodologies, skills taxonomies, and quality standards to establish scalable relationships between jobs and competencies.

• Partner with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and subject-matter experts to validate mapping outcomes, gain executive buy-in, and support cross-functional decision-making.

• Maintain mapping logic, data quality controls, governance documentation, and project deliverables while coordinating internal and external resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 8+ years of HR transformation consulting experience, including direct involvement in skills-based initiatives, enterprise job architecture frameworks, and skills taxonomy development or implementation.

• Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets, executing complex projects, and influencing cross-functional business leaders, with strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
