Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility to start earlier as needed to welcome new hires)
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping recruiting and onboarding processes running smoothly.

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in the candidate experience by coordinating interviews, posting open positions, communicating with applicants, supporting onboarding activities, and serving as a liaison with staffing agencies. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting activities from job posting through onboarding
  • Post open positions to various job boards and recruiting platforms
  • Schedule interviews across multiple departments and manage calendar coordination
  • Handle last-minute interview changes and scheduling adjustments
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and contingent workforce partners
  • Assist with onboarding and management of temporary and contingent employees
  • Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, applicant tracking information, and personnel databases
  • Compile and distribute recruiting and HR-related reports
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Support recruiting initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices
  • Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous Human Resources experience required
  • Knowledge of recruiting processes and employment practices
  • General understanding of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
