    Description

DDM Group is seeking an experienced, highly organized HR & Office Manager to take ownership of recruiting, payroll, HR and benefits administration, and the day-to-day operations of our Atlanta office.

This is a hands-on role for a self-directed professional who can independently manage critical processes, anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep multiple priorities moving without constant oversight. The ideal candidate combines strong HR and recruiting instincts with exceptional follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to work comfortably with confidential employee and financial information.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Recruiting: Help drive the recruiting process by creating and posting job descriptions, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting initial outreach and screening interviews, coordinating interviews and assessments, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the process.

    • Candidate Pipeline & ATS: Manage the ATS and candidate pipeline, maintain organized interview notes and records, and keep hiring managers informed of candidate progress and next steps.

    • Payroll: Run routine payroll accurately and on schedule, including employee information, hours, PTO, deductions, and payroll changes.

    • HR Administration: Maintain confidential employee records and support onboarding, offboarding, required employment documentation, PTO tracking, and routine employee questions.

    • Office Coordination: Keep the Atlanta office organized and operating smoothly, including supplies, visitors, mail and deliveries, common areas, team activities, and other day-to-day administrative needs.

    • Bookkeeping: When applicable, maintain QuickBooks Online, categorize transactions, complete monthly reconciliations, organize receipts and financial documentation, and keep records ready for the company's CPA.

    • Provide administrative support to leadership and step in on other operational needs as they arise.
