With roughly 30 full-time and 15 seasonal employees,the Conservancy manages water rights acquisitions, creates public access and providesenvironmental education, stewards and protects public lands, and operates a native‐plantnursery and seed farm.The Human Resources Manager is responsible for a variety of Human Resources (HR) andadministrative functions including employee relations, recruitment and hiring, onboarding andoffboarding, employee evaluations, worker's compensation claims, benefits administration,policy updates, and staff training and event coordination.
