Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:

• Lead employee relations and performance management initiatives across the organization.

• Oversee compliance, including EEOC matters, FMLA administration, workers' compensation, handbook updates, and employment law requirements.
• 
  
• Provide oversight for talent acquisition while supporting workforce planning and organizational growth.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on succession planning, leadership development, and culture-focused programs.
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• 
  
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a larger organization and prior HR leadership or management responsibilities.
• 
  
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certification.
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree required
• 
  
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
•
