We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations while partnering with leadership to support business goals. This role will oversee employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR processes to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage benefits administration, compensation structures, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
  • Strong organizational development and employee engagement experience.
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per hour
