They offer a stable yet evolving environment where HR plays a key role in driving both people and business outcomes.Job DescriptionLead all on-site HR functions, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership. Partner with executive leadership to support workforce planning and business strategy. Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes. Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on workplace issues. Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing employee support. Manage HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring accurate employee records and payroll coordination. Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, disability programs, and return-to-work initiatives. Analyze HR data (headcount, overtime, compensation) to support leadership decision-making. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
