We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Generalist to support a growing organization in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys managing multiple areas of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire processes.
Process payroll and support benefits administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management matters.
Administer Drug and Alcohol Programs and serve as the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
Support HR reporting, audits, policies, and daily department operations.
Partner with managers and employees to provide timely HR support.
3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
Experience administering Drug and Alcohol Programs and/or serving as a DER.
Paylocity experience is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and discretion.
