HR Generalist / Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

CFS has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiter to support their dynamic HR team and diverse workforce. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring.
• 
  
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• 
  
• Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• 
  
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
• 
  
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment practices.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 
  
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• 
  
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• 
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 
  
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• 
  
• SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification preferred.
• 
  

Annual Salary

$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
