    Job Summary

    Job Summary

    Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists management with complex employee relations and/or labor relations as well as performance issues.
    • Collects and analyzes Human Resources data, and prepares recommendations for management.
    • Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
    • Participates in the development and implementation of Human Resources programs to include succession planning, recruiting and talent development, and performance management programs/processes.
    • Serves as a business partner at a senior level to a Carondelet Health Network service line. Understands the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner by aligning the right solutions, ideas, skills and people with the needs of the business.
    • Develops and maintains programs/procedures, drafting supporting policies. Participates in planning and implementing quality improvement as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. Assists the Manager/Director as requested in review and update of department functions and procedure revisions.
    • Ensures that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable.
    • Educates management and associates on HR policies, processes and practices to ensure effective execution and compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Requirements

    • Education: BA or BS degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related discipline

    • Experience: Seven (7) years of related progressive HR experience or five (5) years of HR generalist and leadership experience

    • Licensure/Certifications: Relevant HR Certification (i.e SPHR, PHR)

    • Preferred Requirements

    • Experience: Experience in a healthcare or Fortune 100 Company
