Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
• Manage compliance, training programs, and learning platforms
• Support employee relations including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Oversee HR programs including benefits, leave administration, and engagement initiatives
• Assist with policy development and employee handbook updates

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with HR systems (Paycor ATS preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
