Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

• 
  
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and day-to-day employee support
• 
  
• Administer employee benefits programs, working directly with insurance broker and benefit carriers to resolve questions and issues
• 
  
• Manage and maintain the HRIS, including employee records, onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, reporting, and system audits
• 
  
• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience from hire through integration
• 
  
• Support payroll-related HR administration and ensure accurate employee data management
• 
  
• Manage one direct report while providing guidance and support across HR operations
• 
  
• Oversee learning and development initiatives, ensuring compliance and training requirements are completed
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• 
  
• Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, HR policies, and workplace culture
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience
• 
  

Qualifications for the HR Manager:

• 
  
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Manager, or similar employee-facing HR role
• 
  
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits, HRIS, onboarding, and HR operations
• 
  
• Experience with Paycor, ADP, or similar HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor strongly preferred)
• 
  
• Experience supporting benefits administration and working with brokers or insurance carriers
• 
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
•
