Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
- The HR Generalist will drive employee relations, investigations, and HR partnership for a 400-employee, multi-location workforce
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to attract and integrate top talent
- Manage and develop one direct report, building bench strength within HR
- Oversee training programs and compliance initiatives, including administration of the L&D platform
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while staying ahead of evolving labor trends
- Collaborate with leadership to elevate engagement, refine policies, and shape overall HR strategy
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- Bilingual communication skills – Fluent in Spanish and English
- HR systems expertise – Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (Paycor preferred)
- Tech-savvy professional – Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong compliance foundation – Working knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
