HR Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support a fast-paced, high-volume workforce environment. This is a fully onsite role supporting approximately 300+ employees and requires a hands-on, proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing support on HR-related inquiries including payroll, benefits, and HR systems
Manage high-volume employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Administer and track leave of absence requests (FMLA, ADA, and other leave types), ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
Support workplace incident reporting and documentation, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment support and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Partner with vendors (e.g., payroll/HRIS providers) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Support onboarding and general HR processes as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a high-volume environment
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively
Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP or similar platforms
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance practices
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully onsite)

This is a critical hire due to team growth and workload demands
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
