Job Summary:
This role provides vital HR support by coaching managers on performance matters and documenting interactions. You will partner with various HR functions to deliver consistent policy application and assist with program execution. Additionally, you will act as a key support for employee inquiries and transactional HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise managers on performance improvement plans.
• Document employee and manager interactions in CRM.
• Support HR program delivery across different regions.
• Handle compensation inquiries and bonus processing.
• Respond to talent acquisition eligibility requests.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage workload with competing priorities
• Comfort with transactional HR duties

Industry Experience:
This position requires experience in general Human Resources programs and processes, with a preference for understanding performance management and compensation review cycles.
