Job Details

The Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to people advisor for leaders and staff at your assigned sites. You will split your time between strategic partnership and being physically present with your teams. Day to day, you will:

Coach managers and directors on leading, developing, and holding their teams accountable
Handle employee relations matters and guide performance management from first conversation to resolution
Lead efforts that improve engagement and keep good people
Support staff through important moments in their employment
Keep people practices fair, consistent, and true to the organization’s values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related area, or comparable experience
• 4+ years in HR, people operations, or employee relations
• Track record of coaching leaders and working through complicated workplace issues
• Solid command of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong communicator with good judgment
• Able to gain buy-in and influence without formal authority
• Proven ability to carry initiatives from start to finish
• Preferred: healthcare or other heavily regulated industry background; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
