You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop team HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, support employee engagement, career growth, and conduct investigations to resolve complex issues. Additionally, you'll identify process improvements to enhance HR practices and policies.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies and laws, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Salary range: $90,000 - $136,000, based on experience and qualifications.
