Seeking an HR Business Partner in Houston, TX to act as a strategic partner with operations and engineering teams, implementing HR practices aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities include advising management on talent development, performance management, employee relations, leadership, workforce planning, and compliance.
Provide coaching, manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, support organizational effectiveness projects, and ensure legal compliance.
Assist with onboarding, HRIS data, recruiting, and exit processes, with travel up to 15%.
Qualifications include 2-5 years HR Generalist experience, knowledge of labor laws, strong communication, project management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
