What You'll Do:
Include but are not limited to the following:
Partner & Influence
Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance
Drive Employee Experience
Lead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
Champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture
Leverage Data & Insights
Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisions
Improve people programs through insights, feedback, and best practices
Develop Talent
Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs
Support career development and growth across the organization
Ensure Compliance & Consistency
Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies
Mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence
Support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategies

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Environment Experience
Background working in remote or hybrid environments
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
Preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to outcomes
Data-driven mindset with experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office or remote environment, with occasional overtime as needed.
