Aspen Careers is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized law firm to identify a Benefits Manager who will lead and enhance the firm’s employee benefits programs. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives in a professional services environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
Lead and shape comprehensive benefits programs for attorneys and staff
Partner with firm leadership on strategy, budgeting, and program design
Own open enrollment and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert on benefits and compliance
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative law firm environment
The Ideal Candidate:
5–7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and related laws
Experience managing retirement plans and vendor relationships
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
