    TempExperts is seeking an HR Benefits Coordinator for a growing organization in the Miami, FL area. This position supports the administration of employee benefits, leave programs, payroll-related benefit activities, and employee record management while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee service.     Responsibilities:
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
    • Process benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, employee status changes, terminations, and benefit updates.
    • Review employee benefit eligibility, elections, and payroll deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance with plan guidelines and company policies.
    • Respond to employee questions regarding benefit enrollment, eligibility, coverage, payroll deductions, and available benefit resources.
    • Assist with annual open enrollment activities, including employee communications, enrollment support, system updates, and post-enrollment audits.
    • Coordinate leave of absence administration, including documentation, benefit continuation, payroll adjustments, and return-to-work tracking.
    • Partner with Payroll to review benefit deductions, resolve discrepancies, process adjustments, and support payroll audits.
    • Monitor benefit deductions, arrears, refunds, repayment arrangements, and related employee communications.
    • Assist with disability-related benefit administration and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
    • Review benefit invoices, eligibility reports, and vendor records to support accurate billing and employee coverage.
    • Maintain accurate employee benefit information within HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.
    • Prepare recurring reports and perform audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate benefit administration.
    • Support employee benefit programs through payroll coordination, reporting, audits, and related administrative activities.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, benefit vendors, and internal departments to resolve benefit-related questions and issues.
    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and assist with special projects as assigned.
    • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental operations.
    Requirements/Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration, Human Resources, payroll support, or related HR operations.
    • Experience administering employee benefit programs and supporting leave of absence processes.
    • Working knowledge of benefit enrollments, payroll deductions, reconciliations, and benefits compliance.
    • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration systems; experience with ADP or similar platforms is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
    • Experience supporting retirement plans, benefits reporting, or multi-location organizations is a plus.
