Position: HR Associate Firm: EA Buck Location: Denver, CO Overview: E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking a Human Resources Associate to join our growing team in the Denver, CO office! The HR Associate provides hands-on support for the daily operations of the Human Resources department, with a primary focus on recruiting and staffing logistics while also supporting HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting a fast-paced and growing organization. The HR Associate ensures accuracy and compliance across HR processes while helping maintain operational efficiency and strong internal communication across the firm.
