Position Overview: The Human Resources Associate/Coordinator will fulfill a range of day‐to‐day HR functions to support all business locations as a dedicated HR team member. As a key member of the Human Resources team, reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, you will have visibility to all aspects of Human Resources working with a team of experienced progressive HR professionals who focus on finding efficiencies, creating new processes, and improving the employee experience. The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record‐ keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with all projects, processes, documentation and follow up.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions across all communication platforms.
- Educate DEN employees on policies, processes and utilizing self‐service solutions.
- Provide support with processing terminations and offboarding of separated DEN employees.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Respond in a timely manner to employee inquiries.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, 5 years HR experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement efficient processes.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to HR functions and employee relations.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS or other company systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
Must be willing to work occasional evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.
Language Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
