Required Skills:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or HR support role
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow case management software
Experience with call management systems, specifically for inbound inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to understand timekeeping and payroll logic to resolve employee payroll questions
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior contact center experience and inbound call handling
SuccessFactors experience
Familiarity with LOA processes and policy inquiries
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
Proven experience in a customer service or HR-related role with a focus on data management and inquiry resolution
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for travel if necessary
Experience with payroll inquiry support and case documentation
