Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team across recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
Support benefits administration and payroll coordination as needed
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of administrative or HR experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus
