Job Title: Housing Specialist

Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $24.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 pm M-F

Housing Specialist Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume caseloads (~400) efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding housing needs
• Manage and document case information thoroughly within established systems
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Housing Specialist Requirements

• Previous experience in banking, finance, or roles involving high customer interaction preferred
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working onsite at the designated location in White Plains, NY
