The USC department of Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) - office of Real Estate & Asset Management is seeking a Housing Administrator to join its team!
Job Summary:
Administers the University's Faculty/Staff Housing Assistance Program. Assists applicants in all phases of the loan process. Assists with due diligence for university real property gifts and acquisitions.
Job Accountabilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance related focus
3 years of experience in real estate transactions
Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum work experience
Thorough knowledge of real estate, banking, and/or other financial industry exposure
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities with a sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
