Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, in our pursuit of relentless hospitality
• Be a role model by demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
• Train, coach, and mentor shift leaders and team members, helping them grow and thrive in their roles
• Set the tone and culture for each shift; act as a point of leadership and encouragement
• Be a hands-on leader: taking orders, delivering meals, assisting guests, and supporting the team during high-volume periods
• Oversee cleanliness, guest interactions, dining room presentation, and speed of service
• Open or close the restaurant, act as a key holder, and support leadership in daily operations
• Count drawers, finalize day-end procedures, and maintain accurate cash handling

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for people and a heart for serving others
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to coach and manage team dynamics
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a high-energy, team-focused environment
• Ability to create connections with customers utilizing Core 4 (create eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, always say my pleasure)

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are independently owned and operated. Employment decisions, benefits, and policies are determined by individual Operators.
