Responsibilities:- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, rate management, and occupancy optimization
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff team
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining brand standards and resolving escalated customer concerns
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance reports
- Maintain compliance with Red Roof Inn brand standards, safety regulations, and local ordinances
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to increase bookings and brand visibility
Requirements:- 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience required
- Proven track record in guest services, staff leadership, and operational management
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel operations software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
