The Hospitality Coordinator supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of campus tours, client meetings, and events across Switch. This role helps ensure visitors, clients, executives, and team members have an organized and consistent experience from initial planning through on-site execution.
You will coordinate tour calendars, attendee requirements, vendors, meeting logistics, and event details while partnering with Security, Audio/Visual, Data Center Operations, and other internal teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust quickly as schedules and event needs change.
This position reports to the Director of Hospitality and is based in Las Vegas. Work arrangements may vary between on-site, hybrid, and remote work based on scheduled tours, meetings, and events. You must be available to work on-site in Las Vegas up to five days per week when business needs require.
Coordinate scheduling and execution for prospective client, finance, marketing, team member, and spectator data center tours, including physical and virtual tours.
Coordinate attendee details, tour agreements, confirmations, and other requirements before scheduled visits.
Maintain accurate tour calendars across campus locations.
Support the planning and execution of client-focused meetings and events of varying size and complexity.
Coordinate event logistics, including venues, operations, technical and AV production, catering, travel, content, décor, and other production requirements.
Communicate professionally with clients, executives, vendors, team members, and other stakeholders.
Partner with Security, Audio/Visual, Data Center Operations, and other teams to coordinate tour and event requirements.
Track schedules, deadlines, logistics, and outstanding items to support timely execution.
Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email inquiries.
Provide on-site support during tours, meetings, and events and address issues as they arise.
Identify opportunities to improve hospitality processes, protocols, and workflows.
Maintain discretion when handling confidential visitor, client, executive, or business information.
Provide relief coverage for the Front Desk Coordinator at the Innevation building as needed.
Support other Hospitality team priorities as assigned.
You keep schedules, logistics, and details organized and follow work through completion.
You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, executives, vendors, visitors, and team members.
You provide attentive and consistent service in highly visible environments.
You remain organized and responsive when schedules or priorities change.
You anticipate needs and address issues before they affect a tour, meeting, or event.

You maintain professionalism during busy or high-pressure situations.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting hospitality, events, project coordination, customer service, or a related function.
Experience coordinating calendars, schedules, meetings, events, or similar activities involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide professional service to clients, executives, visitors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing requirements.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas up to five days per week based on tours, events, meetings, and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, project management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience using Asana or another project management platform.
Experience supporting executive, client-facing, or high-profile events.
