Seeking Hospitality Associate to support conference room setup, catering, pantry maintenance, reception coverage, and general office services. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Summary:
Seeking Hospitality Associate to support conference room setup, catering, pantry maintenance, reception coverage, and general office services. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Stock and maintain pantries, kitchens, and conference rooms.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and catering for meetings.
• Clean conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Cover the reception desk during lunch breaks.
• Manage hospitality supplies and inventory.
• Provide basic office support, including mail, copying, and shipping/receiving.
• Operate basic A/V equipment and respond to client requests.
• Answer telephone in hospitality center.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of hospitality, restaurant, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
