Description

Duration: 0 - 5 + Months of contract with the possibility of extension or conversion
Shift Time: 10: 00 AM to 7: 00 PM / Monday to Friday

Job Description: The Hospitality Associate position is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site including conference room set-up, and other general office support as needed.
They will be responsible for covering the reception desk while main receptionist takes their lunch break.
This is an entry-level role and will not require any supervisor/coordinator duties.
Reception experience is a plus but not required.
No Free parking

Duties Include:

Set-up meeting/conference rooms as specified
Stock pantries, conference rooms, and kitchens with supplies
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms, pantries, and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
Clean pantry, conference rooms, and kitchen as needed
Provide support for miscellaneous requests
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Candidates do not need prior reception/production experience. Good customer service, phone, and email etiquette skills are needed.
