We’re hiring a Hospice Executive Director who wants meaningful executive autonomy, a substantial existing operation, and the opportunity to build the next phase of growth.

You’ll step into a multi-site hospice leadership role overseeing an approximately 300-patient census with a goal of reaching 350. You’ll lead operations, strengthen processes, develop leaders, improve quality and retention, and partner with business development to drive sustainable growth.

• You have significant hospice leadership experience, preferrably as an ED
• You’ve successfully driven census growth and operational improvement
• You know how to build processes and hold teams accountable
• You can balance performance expectations with employee engagement and retention
• You’re comfortable owning operational and financial KPIs
• A nursing background is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $160,000–$185,000
• 15% performance bonus, paid quarterly
