Hospice Clinical Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations meet state regulations, accreditation standards, and Medicare Conditions of Participation
Plan and implement ongoing training, orientation for new hires, and continuing education programs on hospice best practices
Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, clinical staff, and attending physicians
Hospice Clinical Manager Qualifications:
Must have an Oregon RN License or Compact RN License
Must have previous experience in a Hospice/Home Health setting with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
