Position Title: Home Care Manager, RN

Compensation: Up to $82,000

Schedule: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday- Friday

Brandon Wilde is looking for an experienced and hospitality focused Home Care Manager that brings compassion, professionalism, and strong skills to work every day. The Home Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the private duty home care agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that meet organizational, state, and regulatory standards.

This role provides leadership in staffing, clinical oversight, business operations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance while promoting service excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. The Home Care Manager collaborates with community leadership, supports staff development, and works to expand agency services through effective program management and community engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all home care agency operations, including staffing, scheduling, client admissions, service coordination, payroll, billing, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor agency personnel while ensuring staff competencies, performance standards, and service excellence are maintained.
• Monitor quality assurance, financial performance, and client satisfaction initiatives while developing strategies to increase service utilization, revenue growth, and operational effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have current and valid Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
• Three (3) years of management experience in private duty, home care, or related healthcare organization long term care setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
