    Available Shifts:
    • Daytime Caregiver: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Willing to work 4 to 12 hour shifts in between)
    Flexible scheduling available. Part-time position

    Job Overview
     HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented home care aides who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.
     
    Responsibilities
    • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
    • Provide medication reminders
    • Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
    • Offer companionship and emotional support
    • Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
    • Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
    Skills
    • Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
    • Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
    • Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
    • Meal prep and dietary awareness
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Requirements
    • Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
    Location Requirement:
    Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required. 

    Work Location: In person
