Histology Lab Manager - Arizona - Permanent and Full-Time Hire

An established dermatopathology laboratory in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory facility!

Position Highlights:

• Competitive salary of $115K–$140K annually

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, with a strong focus on Histology.

• Manage laboratory staff, workflows, and productivity.

• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.

• Lead staff development, training, and performance management.

• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory efficiency.

Requirements:

• HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification required.

• Previous Histology laboratory management experience required.

• Strong knowledge of histology procedures, operations, and quality standards.

• Master's degree preferred, but not required.
