QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification: • Bachelors Degree and Valid Texas Teacher Certificate • Valid Texas Teacher Certificate in Physical Education or eligible for employment through an Alternative Certification Program (ACP)
Eligible ACP candidates must also meet ACP requirements and pass TExES examination(s) required for this position.
Demonstrated competency in the academic subject area assigned Special Knowledge/Skills: • Knowledge of academic subject assigned • General knowledge of curriculum and instruction • Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
