Description
- Oversee the planning and execution of small construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties.

Profile
A successful Manager of Woodmeister Circle and Small Projects should have:
- 10+ years experience in residential or commercial space
- Understanding of MEP and hands on construction experience
- Experience with managing small-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and project timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property industry practices and challenges.
