Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of small construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties.

Profile

A successful Manager of Woodmeister Circle and Small Projects should have:

• 10+ years experience in residential or commercial space
• Understanding of MEP and hands on construction experience
• Experience with managing small-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and project timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property industry practices and challenges.
